SOC 2 is an [independent auditing framework](https://www.aicpa-cima.com/topic/audit-assurance/audit-and-assurance-greater-than-soc-2) for evaluating how organizations manage security and related controls.  ### Why this matters This achievement builds on AEM’s earlier SOC 2 Type I audit and reflects something even more meaningful: not just that the right controls were designed, but that they were consistently followed over time. For customers, that matters because it reinforces the operational discipline behind the products they rely on for environmental intelligence, situational awareness, and decision support.
